I paid a few extra dollars for this adapter because pictures appeared to show that it had a very small plug. I'm glad I did. I used it to power a small mono chip amp in a rock speaker conversion. It sounds great with no noticeable interference, and it only sits 15mm high or just over a half inch. It also has a very short strain relief boot at 23mm or just under an inch. At least one reviewer stated the adapters are not shipping as shown. I can confirm that the adapter I received looks very similar but has a blue LED power indicator and isn't UL listed. It is, however, CE marked.
