Well, no more. Slip a protector on your blade and even dropping won’t damage it. This pack contains two #4 edge protectors with a 2"-wide opening, which will comfortably handle #3, #4 and #5 bench planes.
Two other packs fit different planes. #1 Pack (166099): two protectors with a 1-3/4"-wide opening, which will comfortably handle most block planes. #6 Pack (166101): two protectors with a 2-3/8"-wide opening to handle #4-1/2, #5-1/2, #6 and #7 bench planes.
