Warranty Information
Gray tools' hand tools feature a limited lifetime warranty which warrants them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the tool. Except for their staplers, which are covered by a two year warranty, all Gray Tools - Dynamic hand tools are covered by this lifetime warranty.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
